All custom-made products are produced strictly according to the size, measurements, and design details provided by the customer at the time of order placement. Please ensure all information is accurate before confirming your order.

Size Accuracy

Customers are advised to carefully review our size chart or provide precise custom measurements before placing an order. Orders are manufactured exactly as confirmed by the customer.

Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Items

As all custom orders are made-to-order and personalized, they are generally:

• Non-refundable

• Non-returnable

• Non-exchangeable

Return & Refund Eligibility

A return, refund, or replacement will only be accepted if the delivered product does not match:

• Provided size or measurements

• Confirmed design specifications

• Order details submitted by the customer

If the product is correctly made according to the provided instructions, it will not be eligible for any refund or exchange.
