At Honybe, we take pride in crafting exquisite fancy frocks for your loved ones. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we are here to help.

1. Policy Overview

  • Duration: We offer a 7-day exchange window from the date of delivery.
  • Condition: To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. All original tags and packaging must remain intact.

2. Custom & ‘Make to Order’ Items

As a brand specializing in personalized fashion, please note:

  • Made-to-order items are crafted specifically based on your provided measurements and design preferences.
  • Therefore, customized/made-to-order dresses are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately (within 24 hours) if:

  • The item is defective or damaged.
  • You received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by providing a replacement at no extra cost to you.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items purchased during a sale or promotional event.
  • Dresses that show signs of wear, perfume scents, or stains.

5. Exchange Process

To start an exchange, please contact us via our WhatsApp Support or email with your order ID.

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item for an exchange (unless the return is due to our error). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
